Itinerary:

November 2 – Depart from home city and fly to Los Angeles.  Flight to Sydney, Australia leaves at night.

November 3 – Continue flight to Australia and cross the International Date Line.

November 4 – Sydney, Australia – Arrive in Australia!  Upon arrival in Sydney you will be transferred to your cruise ship – the Celebrity Solstice.  The ship will not depart Sydney until the next evening so you will have plenty of time to explore Sydney the next day.  (Cruise Meals)

November 5- Sydney, Australia – First came the Aborigines, then 759 British convicts, followed by a wave of military settlers known as the Rum Corps. The result: Sydney’s bold, egalitarian charm. History, opera, opals and koalas are all here.  Head over to the Sydney Opera House or the famous Sydney Taronga Zoo.  (Cruise Meals)

November 6 – Enjoy a relaxing day at sea.

November 7 – Melbourne, Australia - A genteel city of Victorian buildings, verdant parks and a vibrant multicultural heart full of galleries, restaurants, fashionable boutiques – no wonder Melbourne has been named the planet’s most livable city. (Cruise Meals)

November 8 – Enjoy a relaxing day at sea. (Cruise Meals)

November 9 – Enjoy a relaxing day at sea. (Cruise Meals)

November 10 – Scenic Cruising Day – Grab your camera for a scenic cruising day through Milford Sound, New Zealand, Doubtful Sound, and Dusky Sound.  As your cruise ship navigates these  fjords you will find them comparable in majestic beauty as anywhere in the world.  The numberless waterfalls will take your breath away!  (Cruise Meals)

November 11 – Dunedin, New Zealand -  Dunedin’s Scottish heritage is everywhere, evident in its statue of poet Robert Burns, in the work of its kilt makers and whisky distilleries and in its ornate Victorian train station. Aye, there’s even a castle that emphasizes the kinship. (Cruise Meals)

November 12- Christchurch, New Zealand – Transfer to Christchurch, New Zealand to sightsee. Are you in England or New Zealand? It’s hard to tell in this city crowned by a neo-Gothic stone cathedral and set along the grassy banks of the Avon River. Nearby: the fertile Canterbury Plains and rugged high-country sheep stations. (Cruise Meals)

November 13 – Wellington, New Zealand - New Zealand’s friendly capital city features gaily painted old wooden houses and a red cable car that takes you up to the Wellington Botanic Gardens and a fine view of the harbor. A must-see is the engaging Te Papa Museum. (Cruise Meals)

November 14 - Enjoy a relaxing day at sea. (Cruise Meals)

November 15 – Tauranga, New Zealand - Site of fierce Maori wars, Tauranga today is a peaceful city in the heart of kiwifruit-growing country. Farther afield: Rotorua, with its spouting geysers and bubbling mud pools, the Waitomo Glow Worm Caves and nocturnal kiwi houses. (Cruise Meals)

November 16 – Auckland, New Zealand to Fiji - Your cruise ends early this morning in Auckland.  An early afternoon flight will take you to the paradise of Fiji!  A short 20-minute drive away is the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa where you will be able to spend the day relaxing in the spa, sitting on the beach, or taking a dip in the pool.  You will fall in love with the hospitality of Fiji.

November 17 – Fiji – The day is yours to relax on the beach or by the pool in the paradise of Fiji!  Board a flight at midnight to come back home.  You will arrive back in Los Angeles on the same day just after twelve noon.

*We will be packaging private group shore excursions that will be available!

Celebrity Solstice Ship: Celebrity Solstice is one of our more decorated ships at sea. So it’s no wonder that it’s full of “firsts.” Like the first Lawn Club at sea. The first Hot Glass Show. The first cruise line to have 5 women, also known as “the Leading Ladies” redesign, and redecorate the staterooms. Some other things that set Celebrity Solstice apart are its specialty restaurants. Chef Jacques Van Staden’s passion for food has taken the restaurants, the food and the overall dining experience to a whole new level in the cruising world.

But staterooms and specialty restaurants are only part of this ship’s charm. Celebrity Solstice also has the AquaSpa by Elemis and fitness center, where you can pamper yourself with spa treatments or push yourself in a workout with one of our trainers.

If only life on land was as good as life on Celebrity Solstice.
