May 22 – Fly from Denver on a late-afternoon 6.5 hour flight non-stop to Iceland!
May 23 – Iceland – Arrive in Iceland early morning and transfer to your hotel. Today you will have free time to relax explore the fascinating city of Reykjavik. Overnight in Iceland.
May 24 – Iceland- You will be picked up from your hotel and taken on a guided coach tour of Reykjavik’s famed Golden Circle. The tour will visit the following places:
• Gullfoss waterfall: This is the queen of Iceland’s waterfalls, tumbling down a deep gorge.
• Geysir hot spring area: You can walk around the world-famous Geysir area, a geothermal field where hot springs are in abundance, geysers explode and pools of mud bubble.
• Þingvellir National Park: This is the place of the most historic events in Iceland and exceptional beauty. Þingvellir is the original site of the oldest existing parliament in the world, the Alþingi. The Great Atlantic rift is clearly visible, a rift which is slowly pulling Iceland apart along tectonic plates.• The Geysir Museum: This is a main feature of this area, an informative multimedia exhibition that vividly shows how the forces of nature shaped the country and the people.

May 27 – Tallin, Estonia - Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is one of the oldest cities on the Baltic Sea, founded in 1154. Its Old Town has remained remarkably unchanged for the past 600 years, making it one of the most attractive cities in Europe. The reconstructed Rotermann area is located very close to Old Town. Today’s Tallinn is also a thoroughly modern capital filled with parks, museums, sports centers, hotels and cafés. May 28 – St. Petersburg, Russia - St. Petersburg is rich in cultural heritage, and a masterpiece of architecture that embodies the soul of Imperial Russia. In 1703, Peter the Great built a fortress on the banks of the Neva River, and by 1712 a new city had emerged. Elegant façades, glorious cathedrals and grand residences were built along the city’s canals. Construction flourished under Catherine the Great, and the city gained new splendor with elaborate palaces, lovely parks and magnificent squares designed by French and Italian architects. May 29 – Helsinki, Finland - Helsinki is the sparkling capital of Finland, an elegant city of spectacular architecture, beautiful gardens, and harborside parks. May 30 – Stockholm, Sweden - Situated where Lake Mälaren meets the Baltic Sea, Stockholm was founded as a fortress in the mid-13th century. June 3 – Alesund, Norway - Alesund is a small fishing center in the middle of Norway’s popular tourist region between Bergen and Trondheim. Although its history dates back to the Viking period, you’ll notice that the architecture throughout the city has an interesting art nouveau style. This is because after a massive fire in 1904, the entire city was rebuilt. While it may have lost its historic look, you’ll find it certainly didn’t lose any of its charm. (Cruise Meals)
June 4 – Geiranger, Norway - Be sure to bring along plenty of extra film, because you’ll want to capture the natural beauty of Geiranger’s magnificent fjord country.
